You know there's more for your career.
Let's work out what that is.
One-to-one career coaching from a qualified coach who has spent ten years in business support, and still works in it today.
Sound familiar?
You keep finding roles that look exactly like the one you're in.
You're good at what you do. You've just lost track of what you actually want.
You keep searching for the next opportunity, but you're not sure what you're looking for.
If any of these sound like you, you're in the right place.
Hi, I'm Amelia
I've spent ten years as an Executive Assistant, and I still do the job today. I know what it's like to be the person holding everything together while your own career quietly takes a back seat.
That's why I trained as a coach. I'm a qualified coach and a member of the Association for Coaching, and I help people who are good at their job work out what they actually want next, then go after it.
How coaching helps
The Next Step Method is my own three-stage approach, designed to take you from stuck to moving forward.
01 Take Stock
Understand what's really keeping you stuck.
02 Find Direction
Get clear on what you actually want next.
03 Make It Real
Leave with a plan, and the confidence to act on it.
