Coaching sessions and packages:

Cancellations and refunds for coaching are set out in full in our Terms and Conditions. In short: please give at least 48 hours’ notice to move or cancel a session; single sessions cancelled late or missed are non-refundable; and where a session takes place within 14 days of booking, it can no longer be cancelled for a refund once it has happened.

Digital Products:

Beyond the To-Do List is a digital product delivered as an instant download. Because you receive full access to the guide as soon as your payment is processed, refunds are not available once the purchase is complete.
