Terms and Conditions

Welcome to the website. These Terms and Conditions govern the coachee‘s relationship with Amelia Jordan (the Coach) and apply to all services, bookings, and use of this website. By accessing this website or booking a coaching package, the coachee agrees to comply with these terms. 

1. Services and Scope 

The purpose of the Coach‘s coaching is to provide a structured, supportive, and confidential environment for personal growth and goal achievement. 

  • Disclaimer: Coaching is not therapy, counselling, or medical advice. If the coachee is currently under the care of a mental health professional, they should consult with them before commencingsessions with the Coach. 

  • Results: While the Coach is committed to supporting the coachee‘s progress, outcomes depend on the coachee‘s own commitment and actions. Results cannot be guaranteed. 

2. Bookings and Payment 

  • All coaching packages must be paid in full at least 48 hours before the first scheduled session. 

  • Payments are made via bank transfer. An invoice containing bank details will be issued to the coachee upon booking. 

  • Failure to make payment by the deadline may result in the rescheduling or cancellation of the coachee‘s session. 

3. Programme Timeline 

To ensure momentum and consistency in the coachee‘s progress, all sessions within a purchased package must be completed within 12 months of the first session. Any sessions not used within this timeframe will expire and are non-refundable, unless a formal extension is agreed upon in writing by the Coach. 

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling 

The Coach values the coachee‘s time and the Coach‘s own time. If the coachee needs to change a session: 

  • A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule. 

  • If notice is given less than 48 hours before the scheduled time, the full session fee will be deducted from the coachee‘s pre-paid balance. 

  • Failure to attend a scheduled session without notice will result in the forfeiture of that session’s fee. 

5. Termination and Refunds 

Either party may terminate the coaching relationship at any time by providing 48 hours’ written notice. 

  • Refunds: If the coachee terminates the agreement, a refund will be issued for any unused sessions. This is calculated by deducting the cost of completed sessions and a £50 administrative fee from the total fee paid. 

  • If termination notice is given less than 48 hours before a session, that final session will still be charged. 

  • Refunds will be processed within 14 days of the coachee providing valid bank details in writing. 

6. Confidentiality and Data 

The Coach treats all discussions as strictly confidential, except where there is a legal or ethical obligation to disclose information (e.g., risk of harm or safeguarding concerns). 

  • Recordings: By agreeing to the terms and conditions, the coachee grants permission for the sessions to be recorded and transcribed to support the coachee‘s progress. The coachee may withdraw this consent at any time in writing. 

  • Privacy: The coachee‘s personal data is processed in accordance with the Coach‘s Privacy Policy and UK data protection legislation. 

7. Intellectual Property 

All resources, worksheets, and materials provided during the coaching engagement are the intellectual property of Amelia Jordan and are for the coachee‘s personal use only. They must not be shared, redistributed, or sold. 

8. Governing Law 

These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
